Pricing
The Prices payable for goods are all in UK Pounds. If you make a purchase from outside the UK you will be billed in UK Pounds and currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card bill.
Delivery

We endeavour to do our very best to ensure we will deliver your order within the times indicated. However, were delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used.
Please note that any duty and/or administration charge incurred by your parcel being delivered overseas will need to be settled by you the customer, Little 15 Jewellery will not be held liable for such charges.
Discount codes
We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any or certain specified purchases made through this website. Such codes may only be applied to purchases of full priced items and cannot be used in conjunction with a any other offers or discounts.
Refund Policy
If you are for any reason not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer a 7 day refund and exchange policy.
You must return the goods to us within 7 days of the date shown on the receipt in the condition it was sold. Therefore undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging along with your proof of purchase - only then will we be happy to issue a refund.
However, please note that Earrings are excluded from the refund policy due to hygiene reasons. We are unable to refund or exchange any earrings purchased at Little 15 Jewellery.
Little 15 Jewellery does not accept any responsibility for postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. We recommend you return items via an insured and reliable postal service. Postage cost will not be refunded. Exchanges are possible, but postage will be charged for the item sent out in exchange.

Regrettably special customer orders and bespoke made items are exempt from the refund policy.
Typographical Errors
In the event a Little15Jewellery.co.uk product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, Little 15 Jewellery shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Little 15 Jewellery shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Little 15 Jewellery shall issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
