By UK and Ireland's Most Inspiring Independents 20/5/2010 by UK and Ireland's Most Inspiring Independents Congratulations to everyone who has made it into our countdown of the top 30 inspiring independents.
We’ve
long known at Retail Jeweller that we had an enviable list of superb
shops and brilliant business people in this industry, and now we’ve
discovered that you agree.
Our list was voted
for by the industry, and because our sector is made up of a brilliant –
but also tough and discerning – set of people, to come anywhere in this
list is a massive achievement and we congratulate you. In fact, a
bottle of champagne is already winging its way to you. But to be highly
placed is praise indeed. And our huge congratulations to anyone who
appears in the loftier positions of this list. Your colleagues and
competitors think you are pretty good at what you do. As do we.
I’d
also like to take this opportunity to thank DMJ for its sponsorship of
this supplement. Its support enables us to bring this impressive list
to you.
Even if you aren’t listed, there’s
always next year, and the quotes and ideas that are provided in this
line-up should suggest some good concepts to help take you to the top
of 2011’s list.
Happy reading.
